Within this complex, you will explore the Great Pyramid of King Khufu, an engineering wonder and the oldest of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. You will hear about its complex internal architecture, featuring the Grand Gallery, the Queen’s Chamber, and King’s Chamber, designed by the vizier Hemiunu. The journey continues to the Great Sphinx, the most famous artificial statue in the world, which features the body of a lion and the head of King Khafre. You will also see the Dream Stele of Thutmose IV located between its paws and visit the Valley Temple, one of the most preserved archaeological points in Egypt, where the 4th Dynasty royal families performed the famous "Opening of the Mouth" ritual.

Now, as you look towards the future of archaeology, you will visit the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM), a golden gateway celebrating 5,000 years of innovation. This cutting-edge museum boasts stunning displays such as the Hanging Obelisk, the 11-meter colossus of Ramses II, and the famous Tutankhamun collection.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Flight: From Cairo to Aswan

Overnight: Aswan Hotel

Early in the morning, you will be treated to an awesome breakfast before checking out of your hotel as you head towards the next exciting adventure of your Cairo, Luxor, & Abu Simbel trip.

You will join your Egyptologist guide for a flight towards the deep south to witness the Two Temples of Abu Simbel. These celestial temples have managed to withstand the test of time, having been chiseled directly into the rock of the mountain.

The Great Temple of Ramses II: The massive construction of the golden temple of Abu Simbel was ordered by the legendary King Ramses II (also known as Ramses the Great) during the years 1264-1244 BC. Historically known as the "Temple of Ramesses, Beloved of Amun," this monument was built as an eternal memory to celebrate the magnificent legacy of the mighty Pharaoh.

This temple complex was constructed for several magnificent reasons, including the commemoration of his famous military triumph at The Battle of Kadesh. It also serves to celebrate the divine beauty of his loving Queen, Queen Nefertari, and to show his reverence for the Ancient Egyptian Deities such as Amun-Ra, Ra-Horakhty, and Ptah. Seeing the giant statues of this place gives a deep insight into the heavenly intellect of the New Kingdom period of Ancient Egypt.

Lunch Time You will now have your special lunch in a restaurant in Aswan.

Go with our representative in a private air-conditioned vehicle to the train station in Aswan to travel to Luxor. You'll have an unforgettable night at a 5* hotel in Luxor where you are going to spend the overnight.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Overnight: Luxor Hotel

Begin your day with a mouth-watering breakfast, and then proceed with our professional Egyptologist tour guide to explore the stunning Luxor tourist attractions.

The journey through the afterlife starts at the Theban Necropolis, specifically at the Valley of the Kings, which is an underground tunnel system situated in the center of the Theban Necropolis. This holy place comprises a total of 63 rock-cut tombs of the immortal nobles and kings from the New Kingdom Period. The royal tombs house the most epic examples of Egyptian art, revealing deep mythological and religious convictions.

The journey into the architectural wonders of Luxor continues at the Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut, known as the "Holy of Holies," a golden attraction that presents a magnificent view of architectural grandeur. It stands as living proof of the might of Queen Hatshepsut and was carved into the limestone cliffs of Deir El Bahari to tribute the god Amun. Nearby, you will encounter the Colossi of Memnon, which are two giant statues sculpted in the likeness of Pharaoh Amenhotep III. Reaching 18 meters high, these colossi are famous for the Greco-Roman legend of the "Singing Memnon."

Lunch Time Now it is your time to have your lunch and go-ahead to continue the rest of your tour in Luxor by visiting Karnak Temple Complex.

As for the spiritual capital, you will visit the Karnak Temple Complex, the second-most visited site in Egypt and the largest religious man-made structure on the planet. Dubbed "The Most Select of Places," it served as the spiritual capital of Thebes. This site took 2,000 years to create, spanning from the Middle Kingdom to the Ptolemaic Kingdom. Key historical highlights within the site include the Precinct of Amun-Re, the Avenue of Sphinxes, and the massive Great Hypostyle Hall.

Now you are going to fly back to Cairo for spending the overnight.
