Our Reviews & Customer Testimonials at Deluxe Travel Egypt
Great experience from start to end! Well communicated from the day before, very punctual on the day of the pickup. Our driver Mohamed and guide Marco are extremely nice and warm. Full of knowledge and suprises and great food:) recommend to anyone that has a whole day to spare!!
Marco was an amazing tour guide. He’s an Egyptologist with impressive knowledge about the history of Cairo and brought lots of enthusiasm to the tour. He showed us around the Giza pyramids and also took us to many places off the beaten path, including a tomb in the Giza Necropolis with beautiful colorful carvings inside, the Cave Church in Garbage City, and an 800 year old mosque that no one knows about. He answered all of our questions, took fun photos of us, and adapted the tour to our interests. Highly recommend his tour!
We had an amazing time on this private tour for our family. The guide Marco Naguib was excellent. He was very knowledgeable, enthusiastic and gave us options on what to do and see.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Marco. He took us "off the beaten path" to several gems that are not advertised in most yours! We went inside a wonderfully preserved Old Kingdom tomb with vivid color paintings of daily life scenes, which Marco arranged to be unlocked just for us. On his recommendation, we skipped several of the touristy pyramid stops and instead got to experience the beautiful Coptic cave church as well as a Mamluk era mosque that Marco opened up just for us via a local contact. Marco is a trained Egyptologist and answered all of our questions on history with great detail and enthusiasm. We very much hope to tour with him again when we come back to Cairo next week after our Nile cruise.
Everything was great. The guide was very helpful and told us about the history and architecture.
Did a tour of Cairo with my family. The service was prompt, attentive. customized and very casual. The guide Marco was awesome , super informed and knew his way to maximize our time. He took us to sights in Old Cairo away from the crowd and it was a very good experience. Thanks Latif and many thanks Marco.
