Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at your hotel, then check out and meet your personal Egyptologist guide to embark on a journey through the timeless wonders of Ancient Egypt.

Your first stop is the Giza Pyramids Complex, an awe-inspiring site that has stood for over 4,000 years. Explore the three main pyramids, six smaller pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Valley Temple, where ancient mummification rituals were once performed.

Next, marvel at the Great Pyramid of King Khufu, the only surviving monument of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. Built around 2580 BC, it features the King’s Chamber, the Grand Gallery, and the Queen’s Chamber, all masterfully designed by Khufu’s chief architect, Hemon.

Continue to the Great Sphinx, a colossal guardian with the body of a lion and the face of Pharaoh Khafre (2558–2532 BC), symbolizing strength and eternal wisdom. Between its massive paws lies the Dream Stele of Thutmose IV (1401–1391 BC), telling a fascinating legend.

Visit the Valley Temple, built during the Old Kingdom (2686–2134 BC). Constructed from limestone and granite, this temple was central to purification and mummification ceremonies of the Fourth Dynasty and houses unique diorite statues of King Khafre.

Enjoy lunch at a local Cairo restaurant, then continue to Saqqara to explore the Step Pyramid of Djoser. Designed by the brilliant architect Imhotep, this six-tiered pyramid rises to 62 meters and marks the first large-scale stone pyramid ever built. Serving as Pharaoh Djoser’s final resting place, it laid the foundation for the later construction of the Giza Pyramids.

At the end of the day, you will head to Cairo airport to catch your flight to Aswan and upon arrival, you will check into your hotel reservation in Aswan for the overnight.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Flight: From Cairo to Aswan

Overnight: Aswan Hotel

In the early morning, you will check out of your hotel and receive breakfast boxes to begin your journey toward one of Egypt’s most extraordinary ancient wonders—the Abu Simbel Temples.

The twin temples of Abu Simbel stand as a breathtaking testament to the power and vision of Pharaoh Ramses II (1279–1213 BCE) and were constructed to safeguard Egypt’s southern frontier. The larger temple, known as the Great Temple of Ramses II, is dedicated to the god Amun and is famous for the remarkable Sun Festival, which takes place annually on February 22nd and October 22nd. On these dates, the rising sun penetrates the temple’s sanctuary, illuminating the faces of the four seated statues of Ramses II, Ptah (God of Creation), Amun (the Creator God), and Ra (the Sun God) in a stunning display of ancient engineering and astronomical precision.

The smaller temple, equally impressive, was dedicated to Queen Nefertari, Ramses II’s beloved wife, and the goddess Hathor, symbolizing beauty, love, and harmony.

In the mid-1960s, the Abu Simbel Temples became the focus of one of the most ambitious and challenging archaeological rescue missions in history. Led by UNESCO, the entire complex was carefully dismantled and relocated to higher ground to protect it from the rising waters of Lake Nasser—ensuring its survival for generations to come.

After completing your visit, you will return to Aswan and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, where you can savor authentic Egyptian cuisine before continuing your journey.

You will be transferred to the train station to take a 1st class train to Luxor. Upon arrival, check-in at the 5* hotel for an overnight stay.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Overnight: Luxor Hotel

On your fourth day, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before continuing your unforgettable 8-day journey through Cairo, Abu Simbel, Luxor, and Hurghada.

Your exploration begins at the awe-inspiring Karnak Temple Complex, historically known as Ipet-Isu (“The Most Selected of Places”) and Per-Amun (“House of Amun”). With a legacy spanning more than 4,000 years, Karnak was once the largest religious complex ever built and served as the spiritual heart of ancient Egypt for over 1,500 years. While several deities were worshiped here—including Osiris, Montu, Ptah, and Isis—the temple was primarily dedicated to the Theban Triad: Amun, his consort Mut, and their son Khonsu. The massive pylons, sacred lakes, and legendary Hypostyle Hall stand as enduring symbols of ancient Egypt’s religious power and architectural brilliance.

After your visit, enjoy lunch at a local oriental restaurant, offering authentic Egyptian flavors.

Next, proceed to the magnificent Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, also known as Djeser-Djeseru (“Holy of Holies”). Constructed in 1479 BC over a period of 15 years, this extraordinary mortuary temple reflects the vision, wisdom, and authority of one of Egypt’s greatest female rulers. Built into the limestone cliffs of Deir El-Bahari, its elegant terraces, statues, and reliefs represent the pinnacle of New Kingdom classical architecture.

Continue your journey to the legendary Valley of the Kings, a sacred burial ground carved deep into the Theban mountains. This royal necropolis served as the final resting place for the most powerful pharaohs of the New Kingdom Period (1570–1070 BC). The valley contains 63 richly decorated tombs, including those of Ramses I–X, Amenhotep I, Hatshepsut, and the famous Tutankhamun. Recognized for its immense historical significance, the Valley of the Kings was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979.

Your day concludes with a visit to the iconic Colossi of Memnon, two towering quartzite statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III dating back to 1386–1350 BC. Each statue stands 18 meters high and weighs approximately 720 tons. Despite being damaged by an earthquake in 27 BC, they were restored in 199 AD and continue to stand as silent guardians of Luxor’s western landscape.

Transfer by a private A.C vehicle to Hurghada. Upon arrival, move to the 5* hotel to check in for the overnight stay.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Overnight: Hurghada Hotel

On the fifth day of your Hurghada vacation, start your morning with breakfast at your hotel. Later, meet your personal instructor for a fun-filled snorkeling session, where you will explore the magical underwater world of Hurghada and marvel at the vibrant coral reefs and the crystal-clear waters of the Red Sea.

On the sixth day, after breakfast at your hotel, embark on a magical desert safari in Hurghada. Experience an exciting adventure by quad bike or camel as you explore the stunning desert landscapes.

Overnight: Hurghada Hotel

On the seventh day, you will fly back to Cairo and check into your hotel to continue your 8-day Cairo, Abu Simbel, Luxor, and Hurghada trip. Once settled, get ready to explore the wonders of Cairo.

Your first stop is the Egyptian Museum, an impressive showcase of Egypt’s ancient civilization dating back more than 5,000 years. Located in downtown Cairo, the museum was established in 1902 and houses a vast collection of artifacts over its two levels, reflecting the eternal majesty of ancient Egypt.

Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant, then continue your tour with a visit to the Hanging Church (Church of the Virgin Mary). This historic Coptic church, built on the southern side of the Roman fortress of Babylon in the 5th century AD, stands 30 feet above the city. Its construction features remarkable artistic works from the 7th to 13th centuries, and it also serves as the home of the Coptic Patriarch.

Next, visit the Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque, the first mosque ever built in Africa, dating back to 641 AD. Still fully operational, it is one of Egypt’s most famous mosques and has undergone several reconstructions, reflecting the evolution of mosque architecture over the centuries.

Then, explore the Ben Ezra Synagogue, a historic landmark dating back to the 9th century AD. Originally a church and later converted into a synagogue, it is believed to contain an original copy of the Old Testament. Beautifully maintained, it served as a center of worship for the Jewish community until the 1950s.

Continue your journey at the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), a modern museum connecting Egypt’s predynastic periods with the present. It offers a comprehensive experience of over 4,000 years of Egyptian art, history, and culture using contemporary museological techniques.

Take a stroll along Al-Muizz Street, a historic street established between 953–975 AD and expanded in 1171 AD. Known as the “Golden Street,” it showcases the richness of Islamic art and architecture with museums, cafes, and galleries along its path, providing a deep cultural experience.

Finally, visit Khan El Khalili Bazaar, one of the oldest bazaars in the Middle East, founded in 970 AD. Still bustling today, the bazaar is filled with shops, antique cafes, and stunning examples of Islamic architecture, making it the perfect spot for souvenir shopping.
