After enjoying your breakfast at your Cairo hotel, you will join your tour guide to uncover the mysteries of Giza Pyramids. The Giza Pyramids Complex is the eternal face of Egypt, built around 2600 BC by the royal members of the 4th dynasty, who immortalized their names in history.

You will begin your journey with the Great Pyramid. This timeless marvel, built around 2570 BC as the final resting place of Pharaoh Khufu, rises approximately 147 meters (481 feet) high. Originally covered in smooth limestone casing stones weighing a total of 6 million tons, it aligns perfectly with the four cardinal points. Inside, you’ll find the King’s Chamber, the Grand Gallery, the Queen’s Chamber, and other astonishing features that make this one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

Next, you will visit the Great Sphinx, a celestial guardian carved with the face of Pharaoh Khafre on the body of a lion. Measuring 73 meters (240 ft) long, 19 meters (62 ft) wide, and 20 meters (66 ft) high, it holds countless stories of power, mystique, and grandeur.

The Valley Temple is your next stop, a sacred place where members of the 4th dynasty performed mummification rituals and the “Opening of the Mouth” ceremony to achieve eternal life. Made of red limestone and granite, it houses incredible statues and artifacts that reveal the spiritual essence of ancient Egypt.

Then, you will explore the Grand Egyptian Museum, a billion-dollar sanctuary dedicated to showcasing Egypt’s 5,000-year-old civilization. Spanning nearly 490,000 square meters and aligned with the pyramids of Giza, GEM houses over 100,000 artifacts, including treasures like the Hanging Obelisk, the 11-meter colossus of Ramses II, and the complete collection of over 5,000 artifacts from Tutankhamun. The museum also contains one of the largest conservation centers in the Middle East, along with research labs and educational facilities to preserve Egypt’s heritage.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant before you continue your journey.

After lunch, you will get your flight to Luxor City. You will head back to your hotel to spend the overnight.

After having your breakfast, you will join your guide to explore the wonders of Thebes, starting with Karnak Temple. The legendary Karnak Temple Complex was built between 1970 and 30 BC to honor the 18th dynasty Theban triad: Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. Spanning 100 hectares (274 acres), the site is filled with awe-inspiring structures, including the Great Hypostyle Hall, which covers 5,000 square meters (54,000 square feet) and contains 134 massive columns, some soaring up to 24 meters (80 feet). Throughout the complex, intricate hieroglyphics, reliefs, and colossal statues reveal the spiritual, cultural, and mythical practices of ancient Egypt.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant before you continue to Luxor Temple. As the sun sets, the temple illuminates the sky with a magical glow, showcasing the sacred grounds where kings were crowned and grand festivals took place. Built and enhanced by Amenhotep III, Tutankhamun, Ramesses II, and Alexander the Great, the temple was fully completed around 1400 BC. It famously hosted the Opet Festival, celebrating the rejuvenation of kingship, along the magnificent avenue of sphinxes that leads to the temple.

After enjoying your breakfast, you will join your tour guide and head to the legendary Valley of the Kings. This golden necropolis, hidden within the Theban hills, holds the tombs of 63 great pharaohs and high-ranking nobles from the 18th, 19th, and 20th dynasties of the New Kingdom (1550–1070 BC). Each tomb is adorned with vibrant frescoes, intricate carvings, and captivating scenes that tell the stories and achievements of these ancient rulers.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant before continuing to the breathtaking Hatshepsut Temple. Rising majestically from the desert cliffs, this architectural wonder celebrates the life, rise, and coronation of Queen Hatshepsut (1507–1458 BC), the priestess wife of Amun. The temple’s three terraces feature colonnades, sanctuaries, and stunning reliefs depicting Hatshepsut’s accomplishments, blending natural surroundings and human craftsmanship in perfect harmony.

Next, you will see the imposing Colossi of Memnon, two colossal statues that once guarded the entrance to the mortuary temple of Amenhotep III (1386–1349 BC). Each statue stands about 18 meters (60 feet) tall and portrays the pharaoh seated on his throne. These statues are famous not only for their immense size but also for the ancient legend that they produced musical sounds at dawn, believed to be the voice of Memnon greeting his mother, Eos, the goddess of dawn.
