Karnak Temple: The shining Karnak Temple has achieved everlasting grace and beauty, reflecting the dedication of ancient Egyptians to their divine beliefs for more than 1,500 years. It was built for the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Khonsu and became the largest religious site on earth. It was constructed from 2000 BC to 30 BC by many kings of Theban lands across 247 acres, containing the best examples of ancient Egyptian architecture, such as the Avenue of Sphinxes and the Hypostyle Hall.

Then, you will check in your 5★ Nile River Cruise, have your lunch, and relax on board.
Next, in the evening, we will pick you up for exploring Luxor Temple by Night.

Luxor Temple by Night: The lunar and golden wonder of Thebes, Luxor Temple, is a living miracle and is called the southern sanctuary for the crowning and rejuvenation of kings. It was built in 1400 BC by Amenhotep III and Rameses II and was the location of the famous Opet Festival.

First, have your breakfast on board the cruise and prepare to continue your 5-day Nile River tour. Next, visit the legendary Valley of the Kings on the West Bank of Luxor. The royal passage to the underworld and the heavens was the final resting place for pharaohs from the 18th to the 20th dynasty in the New Kingdom (1570 – 1050 BC). The enlightening underground valley has 63 tombs decorated with enchanting treasures and ornaments of great pharaohs such as Ramses the Great, Hatshepsut, Seti I, Tutankhamun, and so on.

Then, visit Hatshepsut Temple, the eternal icon of beauty and grace. The temple was constructed from 1507-1458 BC and carefully carved into the Deir El Bahari mountain hills in 1479 BC over 15 years to honor the divine legacy of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most successful pharaohs in the history of Ancient Egypt.

Next, visit the impressive Colossi of Memnon, the eternal guardians of Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386-1349 BC). The colossal statues have stood tall since 1350 BC to safeguard the inestimable treasures of Ancient Egyptian civilization. The renovation of these colossal statues was done several times and was famously known for the vocal sounds at dawn in the Greco-Roman era.
