Itineraries

The entire family will begin their journey in Aswan with their private tour guide, exploring some of the city’s most iconic attractions. The first stop will be the Aswan High Dam, built in the early 1960s to control the annual floodwaters, store water in Lake Nasser, and generate hydroelectricity, creating a major cultural and economic transformation in Egypt. Next, the family will visit the Unfinished Obelisk of Queen Hatshepsut(1507–1458 BC), a legendary monument that was intended to reach the sky at a height of 42 meters and weigh 1,200 tons, offering a rare glimpse into ancient Egyptian engineering techniques. The journey continues to the magnificent Philae Temple, a Ptolemaic masterpiece constructed in the 7th century BC to honor Isis, the goddess of motherhood, and filled with incredible stories from Egyptian mythology. After exploring these wonders, the family will head to their 5-star Nile Cruise for lunch and dinner, enjoying the comfort and luxury of the ship while spending the night on board.

Built during the Ptolemaic era between 180 BC and 47 BC, the temple contains fascinating depictions of important scientific and medical knowledge from ancient times. This impressive temple, dedicated to Horus, the sky falcon god of victory and protection, is one of the best-preserved monuments in Egypt. Built during the Greco-Roman era between 237 BC and 57 BC, the temple stands on the very ground where Horus was said to have battled his evil uncle Set, making it a site rich in history and myth. Following this captivating visit, the family will return to their Nile Cruise to enjoy lunch and dinner on board while continuing their scenic journey towards Luxor, spending a comfortable overnight on the cruise.

The entire family will start their day with breakfast, then check out from the cruise before setting out with their private tour guide in a private air-conditioned vehicle to explore the iconic landmarks of Luxor. Their first stop will be the legendary Valley of the Kings, nestled in the heart of a majestic hill that served for over 500 years during the New Kingdom (1570–1050 BC) as the burial ground for 63 tombs of epic pharaohs and queens, including Tutankhamun, Seti I, and the entire Ramses Dynasty, showcasing incredible treasures, decorations, and artifacts. Next, the family will visit Queen Hatshepsut Temple, carved into the cliffs of Deir el-Bahari during the 15th century BC to immortalize the legacy and achievements of the great queen and to host the valley festival in the sanctuary of Amun. They will then admire the impressive Colossi of Memnon, two massive quartzite statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III (1386–1350 BC), which are the only remaining parts of his vanished mortuary temple.

After a break for lunch, the family will continue to the magnificent Karnak Temple, a blessed archaeological site built over 1,500 years, spanning from the Middle Kingdom (2000–1700 BCE) to the Ptolemaic Kingdom (305–30 BCE). Covering 247 acres, Karnak served as the center of religious life in ancient Egypt and is the largest open-air museum in the world, home to the Great Hypostyle Hall, numerous precincts dedicated to Amun-Re and Mut, and many more extraordinary structures. The family will conclude their tour by heading to their chosen destination in Luxor to relax and enjoy the evening.
