Your journey begins in the morning as our representative picks you up from your hotel in Sharm El Sheikh and transfers you to the airport for your flight to Luxor, with a brief stop in Cairo. Upon arrival, your private Egyptologist guide will welcome you to the legendary lands of Thebes and accompany you on an unforgettable tour of Luxor’s eastern treasures.
Your first stop is the magnificent Karnak Temple, a living masterpiece of sacred art and devotion. Covering 247 acres, this colossal complex was built over centuries, from the Middle Kingdom to the Greco-Roman period (2000 BC – 30 BC), to honor the Theban triad of gods – Amun, Mut, and Khonsu. As you walk through the temple, you’ll be amazed by the Avenue of Sphinxes, the great hypostyle hall, and countless other architectural wonders that have endured for millennia, each stone reflecting the devotion of ancient builders.
After exploring Karnak, you will check in to your 5-star deluxe Nile cruise, enjoy a delicious lunch, and take some time to refresh yourself while floating along the timeless Nile waters.
In the evening, your adventure continues with a magical visit to Luxor Temple by night. As the sun sets, the temple glows like a radiant masterpiece of divine art and kingship. Built around 1400 BC, this southern sanctuary was the stage for royal coronations and rejuvenation rituals. Walking through its illuminated halls, you’ll feel the grandeur of the Opet Festival, which brought life and celebration to the temple for centuries. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979, Luxor Temple at night is an experience you’ll never forget.
After your evening exploration, return to your Nile cruise for dinner and a restful overnight stay, floating gently on the river that has witnessed thousands of years of Egyptian history.

Wake up to a serene morning on your Nile cruise and enjoy a hearty breakfast as the river glistens under the early sun. Your private Egyptologist guide and air-conditioned vehicle will accompany you to the western bank of Luxor to explore the most sacred treasures of ancient Egypt.
Begin your day at the legendary Valley of the Kings, a hidden treasure nestled among the golden hills and sand dunes of the Theban Necropolis. From the 18th to the 20th dynasty (1570–1050 BC), this sacred valley safeguarded the royal heritage of Egypt’s most famous rulers. Explore its 63 tombs, adorned with breathtaking decorations and treasures, and feel the presence of Ramses the Great, Hatshepsut, Seti I, Tutankhamen, and other illustrious pharaohs whose legacies have lasted for millennia.
Next, marvel at the Hatshepsut Temple, gracefully perched among the cliffs of Deir El Bahari. Built in 1479 BC over 15 years, this stunning temple honors the achievements of Queen Hatshepsut, one of Egypt’s most successful pharaohs. Its elegant terraces and classical architecture make it one of the most breathtaking examples of ancient Egyptian design.
Then, you will witness the awe-inspiring Colossi of Memnon, two towering statues of Amenhotep III (1386–1349 BC) that rise 18 meters high. During the Greco-Roman era, visitors were fascinated by a mysterious “vocal phenomenon”—at dawn, one of the statues was said to emit a musical or humming sound, thought to be magical. Today, these monumental guardians still impress with their sheer size and timeless grandeur.
After a morning full of history and wonder, return to your Nile cruise for lunch, then relax as the boat sets sail along the Nile toward Esna and Edfu, admiring the timeless river landscapes. In the evening, enjoy a delicious dinner onboard and spend the night drifting peacefully on the river, enveloped by the magic of Egypt.

Overnight: Onboard the Cruise (sailing to Esna & Edfu)
Start your day with a peaceful breakfast onboard your Nile cruise as the river slowly carries you deeper into Upper Egypt. Then, get ready to continue your journey through time as you head out with your private guide to uncover more legendary temples.
First, you’ll arrive at the majestic Edfu Temple, one of the most perfectly preserved temples in all of Egypt. Built between 237 BC and 57 BC, this grand structure is dedicated to Horus, the falcon-headed god of the sky. As you walk through its massive pylons and halls, you’ll relive the ancient myth where Horus avenged his father Osiris by defeating his uncle Set. Every wall here tells a story of power, victory, and divine justice, making it one of the most spiritually rich sites along the Nile.
After that, you’ll continue sailing until you reach the unique Kom Ombo Temple, a rare double temple standing proudly on high ground overlooking the Nile. Built between 180 BC and 47 BC, this extraordinary site is dedicated to two gods at once: Haroeris (Horus the Elder) and Sobek, the crocodile god of fertility and the Nile. Its symmetrical design, twin entrances, and mirrored halls make it truly one of a kind. Known in ancient times as the “Hill of Gold,” the temple was also a center of trade and showcases some of the finest carvings and decorations in Egypt.
Then, you’ll head back to your cruise to enjoy a relaxing lunch, followed by a scenic sail towards Aswan, where the Nile becomes calmer and even more mesmerizing. As the sun sets, enjoy your dinner onboard and unwind as the cruise glides through the tranquil waters, bringing you closer to the southern treasures of Egypt.

Overnight: Onboard the Cruise (sailing to Aswan)
Wake up to a calm morning in Aswan and enjoy your breakfast onboard as the Nile flows gently around you. Then, step into a new chapter of your journey as your guide takes you to explore the southern jewels of Egypt.
First, you’ll visit the impressive Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering marvel constructed between 1960 and 1970. This massive project transformed Egypt’s economy by controlling the Nile’s floods and generating electricity, marking a powerful step into the country’s modern era. Standing there, you’ll witness how ancient history meets modern innovation.
Then, you’ll head to the fascinating Unfinished Obelisk, a colossal granite structure that was commissioned by Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC). Although it was never completed due to cracks in the stone, it remains one of the most important open-air museums in the world, offering a rare glimpse into the incredible craftsmanship and techniques of ancient Egyptian builders.
After that, you’ll continue to the breathtaking Philae Temple, a magical sanctuary dedicated to Isis, the goddess of motherhood and magic. Originally built around 280 BC by King Ptolemy II, the temple tells the legendary story of Isis, Osiris, and Horus. What makes it even more special is its relocation to Agilkia Island during the UNESCO Nubia Campaign in the 1960s–70s, preserving its beauty for future generations. Walking through its halls feels like stepping into a timeless myth carved in stone.
Finally, you’ll return to your Nile cruise to enjoy a relaxing lunch, followed by a peaceful evening with dinner onboard, surrounded by the tranquil beauty of Aswan.
