For lunch, enjoy a sumptuous meal at a Pyramids/Nile view restaurant, then continue your Cairo exploration with a visit to Saqqara Step Pyramid, the first-ever pyramid built by King Djoser (2670–2650 BC). This six-step limestone mastaba rises to 63 meters and features the earliest complete pyramid courtyard, designed by Djoser’s chief architect.

After your full day of exploration, you will be transferred to Cairo Airport to catch your flight to Aswan, where you will check in to your 5-star luxury hotel for an overnight stay, preparing for the next stage of your unforgettable Egyptian journey.

On day three of your luxury Egyptian holiday, start your morning with breakfast at your hotel in Aswan before joining your tour guide to explore some of the city’s most iconic attractions.

Begin with the Aswan High Dam, a modern engineering marvel built in the 1960s and 70s by the Egyptian government in collaboration with the Soviet Union. This impressive structure controls the Nile’s annual floods, creates Lake Nasser, and generates electricity, marking a significant milestone in Egypt’s modern development.

Next, visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC), one of the greatest archaeological wonders in Aswan. Meant to stand at the entrance of the Karnak Temple, this massive obelisk broke during carving, leaving it lying in its quarry. It provides a remarkable insight into the skill and techniques of ancient Egyptian artisans and builders.

For lunch, enjoy a delicious meal with your tour guide before continuing to the Philae Temple. Built during the Ptolemaic era (380–362 BC) and later expanded in 282 and 145 BC, this magnificent temple is dedicated to Isis, the goddess of motherhood. The temple’s island location and its colossal walls tell the legendary story of Osiris, showcasing the artistic and spiritual mastery of ancient Egyptian architecture.

You will transfer back to your high-luxury hotel in Aswan for the overnight.

In the early morning, take your breakfast boxes, check out from your hotel, and join your tour guide for a scenic drive of approximately 300 km southwest of Aswan to visit the legendary Abu Simbel Temples

These majestic temples, built by Ramses II (1279–1213 BC), celebrate his glorious reign and devotion to Amun. Inside the temples, the walls depict the grand Battle of Kadesh (1274 BC) and commemorate the signing of the first documented peace treaty with the Hittites. Ramses II also immortalized his legacy by celebrating his birthday and coronation on 22nd February and October, as well as honoring his beloved Queen Nefertari.

After this remarkable visit, return to Aswan for a delicious lunch. Later, board your train to Luxor and check in to your 5-star luxury hotel for an overnight stay, resting for the next day of exploration.

On the fifth day, enjoy breakfast at your hotel before continuing your luxury Egyptian vacation with a visit to the East Bank of Luxor.

This southern sanctuary, built in 1400 BC, symbolizes royal power and the rejuvenation of kingship, hosting festivals and coronations for rulers such as Amenhotep III and Ramses II, and illuminating the grandeur of ancient Thebes under the night sky.

At the end of the day, transfer back to your hotel for the overnight.

Start with the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, a magnificent mortuary temple carved into the cliffs of Deir El Bahari. Built in 1479 BC, this temple honors Amun and celebrates Queen Hatshepsut’s remarkable legacy, standing as one of the most complete and inspiring examples of ancient Egyptian architecture.

Next, explore the Valley of the Kings a hidden necropolis in the heart of Thebes. This sacred site houses 63 tombs of legendary rulers including Tutankhamun, Seti I, Hatshepsut, and Ramses II from the New Kingdom (1570–1050 BC). These tombs were carefully designed to protect the pharaohs on their journey to the afterlife.

For lunch, take a break to enjoy a delicious meal before continuing to the Colossi of Memnon These towering seated statues of Amenhotep III, built in 1350 BC and later renovated during the Hellenistic period, rise to 18 meters (60 ft). They reflect the king’s power, family, and accomplishments, with 107 Latin and Greek inscriptions on their base telling the legendary tale of the Greek mythological king Memnon.

Then return to your hotel in Luxor for the overnight.

On day seven, start your day with breakfast and check out from your hotel in Luxor then fly to Cairo to continue your 9-day luxury Egyptian adventure.

For lunch, take a break and enjoy a delightful meal before continuing to visit some of Cairo’s most iconic sites including the Hanging Church, also called the Church of the Mother of God, a Coptic masterpiece built in the 5th century AD atop the southern Roman gatehouses of the Babylon Fortress. It stands 30 ft above the ground and contains exquisite Coptic designs, marking the place where the Holy Family is believed to have sought refuge while traveling across Egypt.

Then visit Amr Ibn Al-Aas Mosque, built in 641 AD, which became the spiritual and cultural heart of the Islamic kingdom in Egypt. Located in the historic city of Fustat, it is the first mosque in Africa and an outstanding example of Islamic architectural innovation across centuries.

Next, explore Ben Ezra Synagogue, founded in 882 AD and renovated in the 19th century. This significant Jewish temple is said to be built where the Prophet Moses was discovered and houses remarkable examples of art, architecture, and ancient manuscripts in Aramaic, Hebrew, and Judeo-Arabic.

Continue to the National Museum of Egyptian Civilization (NMEC), opened in 2020, displaying over 50,000 cultural, artistic, and historical treasures including a grand Hall of Mummies with 28 royal mummies, offering a comprehensive view of Egypt’s glorious heritage.

Then walk along Al Muizz Street, dating back to the Fatimid era in the 10th century, which grew into a major economic and cultural hub showcasing centuries of Islamic architecture through its houses, museums, art galleries, and cafes.

Finally, explore Khan El-Khalili Bazaar, the grand shopping and cultural center of Cairo, established during the Mamluk period (1382–1389 AD), where lively alleyways are filled with handcrafted treasures, spices, jewelry, and the work of skilled artisans.

This day immerses you in Cairo’s golden heritage, blending history, culture, and the vibrant life of the city before you return to your hotel for the night.

This remarkable site was a holy burial ground and is considered one of the seven wonders of the Middle Ages, showcasing stunning sculptures, carvings, and tomb designs that blend Egyptian, Greek, and Roman styles

Next, visit Pompey’s Pillar, the largest monolithic Roman column on earth, standing 28 meters tall. Built between 298–302 AD to honor the emperor Diocletian, this magnificent structure sits on the eastern side of the Serapeum of Alexandria and represents the incredible Roman influence in Egypt

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant in Alexandria before continuing to the Qaitbay Citadel, a majestic Mamluk-era fortress built between 1477–1479 AD along the Mediterranean coast. This iconic defensive citadel was constructed using the stones of the legendary Lighthouse of Alexandria, which once stood on the same site before being destroyed by earthquakes

Finally, explore the Alexandria Library, also known as the Bibliotheca Alexandrina, established in 2002 to honor the legacy of the ancient Library of Alexandria. This modern marvel houses over 8 million books, rare documents, and art collections spanning Egypt’s rich history
