In the afternoon, join your Deluxe Tours Egypt guide to visit the High Dam, a modern engineering triumph. We then proceed by private motorboat to the enchanting Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis and set beautifully on Agilkia Island. Our final stop today is the Unfinished Obelisk, where you can marvel at the scale of ancient granite quarrying. Enjoy dinner on board and an overnight stay in the quiet beauty of Aswan.

Awaken early for an optional excursion to  Abu Simbel (by road or flight) to stand before the colossal temples of Ramses II and Queen Nefertari—a must-see marvel of ancient engineering. Upon your return, the ship begins its graceful sail north. In the afternoon, we visited the Temple of Kom Ombo. This unique dual temple, dedicated to Sobek the crocodile god and Horus the Elder, is a fascinating stop featuring ancient medical reliefs and a mummified crocodile museum. Dinner is served on board as we continue sailing toward Edfu.
