With a dedicated staff of over 15 professionals for just a handful of guests, you will experience an unparalleled level of service. This 6-day journey is curated to avoid the crowds, docking at hidden gems like El Kab and Gebel Silsileh that larger vessels simply cannot reach.
Upon your arrival at Luxor Airport or Train Station, you will be met by your Deluxe Tours Egypt manager and transferred to the thriving merchant town of Esna. Your journey begins with a walk to the Temple of Khnum, located 9 meters below street level. After exploring the temple and the vibrant local textile markets, embark on the Meroe for a welcome lunch and your first night on board.

As you sleep, we sail toward El Kab, the ancient capital of Upper Egypt. Visit the Temple of Nekhbet and the mountain-carved tombs after a walk through a charming fishing village. In the afternoon, we arrive at Edfu. A horse and carriage will whisk you through the city to the Temple of Horus, the most perfectly preserved temple in Egypt. We conclude the day by sailing to a secluded island.

Today is devoted to the majesty of the Nile. Enjoy a leisurely morning of sailing and an afternoon stop at an island for a stroll or a refreshing swim in the Nile. At dusk, we offer a walk into a desert valley to view ancient hieroglyphs and stone-age inscriptions that mark the ancient trail to Libya. At night, we moor at the foot of the magnificent, floodlit Gebel Selsela.

Overnight: At the foot of Gebel Selsela.
Discover Gebel Selsela, where the Nile is at its narrowest. As large cruisers are prohibited from stopping here, you will enjoy a private atmosphere while visiting the Temple of Horemheb and the ancient sandstone quarries. Enjoy tea and shisha at a picturesque local café before sailing to a beautiful riverbank for lunch and another opportunity for swimming.

After a night beneath the stars, we sail to Kom Ombo. Visit the unique double temple dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek and Horus the Elder. The site’s location on a dramatic bend in the river offers spectacular views. After the temple, visit the Crocodile Museum to see ancient mummified specimens. Enjoy your final farewell dinner on board Meroe.

Savor your final breakfast on board the Meroe. Following breakfast, Deluxe Tours Egypt will provide a private transfer to Aswan Airport or the Train Station for your final departure.

Children policy is applied to children who share rooms with their parents (Maximum 2 Child sharing parent's room some hotels Maximum 1 child sharing parents’ room) If your tour includes airfare, additional charges for your children may apply. According to Booking Policy.
We are offering the minimum down payment of just 10% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel services. The remaining balance can be paid up to four days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your Representative.
In case you cancel your trip, the following of charges will be applied: From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 7% of the tour package price will be charged. Between 60 and 21 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour Package price will be charged. Between 20 and 7 days before your arrival date, 40% of the package tour price will be charged. Between 6 and 1 days before your arrival date, 75% of the tour package price will be applied.
