First, in the morning, you will be picked up from your hotel in Makadi Bay and transferred by a private air-conditioned vehicle to Luxor to begin your Luxor & Aswan Excursion in Two Days from Makadi Bay. Upon arrival, you will meet your private Egyptologist tour guide who will accompany you through the legendary attractions of ancient Thebes, starting with the magnificent Valley of the Kings, the royal burial site of the New Kingdom (1570–1050 BC). This sacred valley is home to 63 tombs belonging to great pharaohs such as Seti I, Ramses II, Thutmose I, Hatshepsut, and Tutankhamun, revealing incredible insights into ancient beliefs and funerary traditions.
Then, you will continue to the stunning Temple of Hatshepsut, one of the most remarkable architectural masterpieces of ancient Egypt, built for Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC). This iconic temple reflects her powerful legacy and devotion to the god Amun, standing as a symbol of elegance and innovation in ancient design.
Next, you will visit the impressive Colossi of Memnon, two massive seated statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, standing 18 meters high and carved from quartzite, representing the glory of ancient Thebes and its royal heritage.
After that, you will enjoy your lunch at an oriental restaurant overlooking the Nile before continuing your journey.

First, on the morning of your second day of the Luxor & Aswan 2-Day Excursion from Makadi Bay, you will enjoy your delicious breakfast at the hotel and check out. Then, your private Egyptologist tour guide will accompany you to continue your journey through the wonders of Aswan, starting with the impressive Aswan High Dam, one of the greatest modern engineering achievements built in the 1960s to control the Nile floods, generate electricity, and create Lake Nasser, one of the largest artificial lakes in the world.
Then, you will continue to the remarkable Unfinished Obelisk, a fascinating example of ancient stone craftsmanship commissioned during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC). This massive monument reveals the techniques of ancient Egyptian builders and remains unfinished due to a crack discovered during its carving process.
Next, you will visit the beautiful Philae Temple, one of Egypt’s most enchanting temples dedicated to the goddess Isis, symbolizing motherhood and magic. Originally located on Philae Island, the temple was carefully relocated to Agilkia Island in modern times to preserve its structure after the construction of the High Dam.
After that, you will enjoy your lunch before returning to Aswan.

We are offering the minimum down payment of just 10% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel services. The remaining balance can be paid up to four days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your Representative.
In case you cancel your trip, the following of charges will be applied: From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 7% of the tour package price will be charged. Between 60 and 21 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour Package price will be charged. Between 20 and 7 days before your arrival date, 40% of the package tour price will be charged. Between 6 and 1 days before your arrival date, 75% of the tour package price will be applied.
