To start off with, you will be picked up at the Makadi Bay Hotel in a private and air-conditioned car for your two-day tour starting at Makadi Bay and ending in Luxor and Abu Simbel. On arriving in Luxor, you will be greeted by your very own Egyptologist guide who will be with you for the entire day’s sightseeing.
Then, you will visit the legendary Valley of the Kings, the sacred underground burial site of the New Kingdom (1570–1050 BC), which contains 63 royal tombs belonging to great pharaohs such as Ramses II, Seti I, Thutmose I, Hatshepsut, and Tutankhamun. This remarkable site reveals the grandeur and beliefs of ancient Egyptian civilization.
Next, you will explore the magnificent Temple of Hatshepsut, one of the most stunning architectural masterpieces of ancient Egypt, built in 1479 BC to honor Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC). Designed under the supervision of Senenmut, the temple is beautifully carved into the cliffs of Deir El Bahari, reflecting royal power and artistic brilliance.
Then, you will stop at the iconic Colossi of Memnon, two massive seated quartzite statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, built around 1350 BC. These monumental statues have stood for thousands of years and feature ancient inscriptions that add to their historical and mythological significance.
After that, you will enjoy your lunch during a relaxing Nile boat trip on an island restaurant, offering a unique dining experience surrounded by the beauty of the river.
Next, you will continue your tour to the magnificent Karnak Temple, one of the largest and most impressive religious sites in the world, built over more than 2000 years from 1971 BC to 30 BC. Dedicated to the Theban Triad—Amun, Mut, and Khonsu—it features grand pylons, the Hypostyle Hall, the Avenue of Sphinxes, and countless sacred structures.
Finally, you will head to the train station to board your 1st class train to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your 5-star hotel in Aswan for check-in and overnight stay.

First, in the early morning, you will enjoy your breakfast boxes and check out from the hotel in Aswan. Then, you will join your private Egyptologist tour guide to continue your journey towards the legendary Abu Simbel Temples, one of the most remarkable and well-preserved archaeological sites in Egypt.
Next, you will explore the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples, the eternal masterpiece of Pharaoh Ramses II (1279–1213 BC), also known as Ozymandias. These incredible temples were completed around 1264 BC to immortalize his legacy, celebrate his victory at the Battle of Kadesh (1274 BC), and honor his beloved Queen Nefertari, reflecting devotion and divine power in ancient Egyptian history.
After finishing your visit, you will be transferred back to Aswan to enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant.
Then, you will board your 1st class train from Aswan to Luxor, where you will be met and transferred back to your hotel in Makadi Bay, marking the end of your unforgettable 2-day Luxor & Abu Simbel tour from Makadi Bay.

We are offering the minimum down payment of just 10% to secure your spaces on the tour including hotel room, cruise cabin, domestic flight ticket, and other travel services. The remaining balance can be paid up to four days prior to your arrival date or in cash upon arrival at the destination to your Representative.
In case you cancel your trip, the following of charges will be applied: From the date of booking until 61 days before your arrival date, 7% of the tour package price will be charged. Between 60 and 21 days before your arrival date, 20% of the entire tour Package price will be charged. Between 20 and 7 days before your arrival date, 40% of the package tour price will be charged. Between 6 and 1 days before your arrival date, 75% of the tour package price will be applied.
