Then, you will be accompanied by your private tour guide and a private air-conditioned vehicle to begin your West Bank tour of Luxor, starting with Valley of the Kings. This royal underground necropolis served as the final resting place of the New Kingdom and acted as a divine gateway to the heavens. It contains around 63 tombs belonging to legendary pharaohs and powerful nobles from the Eighteenth to the Twentieth Dynasties. The Valley of the Kings is considered one of the most important archaeological sites, offering invaluable insights into Egyptian mythology and the religious beliefs of the New Kingdom period.
Next, you will visit Queen Hatshepsut Temple, the magnificent mortuary temple that stands as a golden symbol of success and power. Built around 1479 BC, it is one of the greatest architectural masterpieces in history, dedicated to the gods, especially Amun, and honoring the legacy of Queen Hatshepsut. The temple’s unique design and terraces reflect both beauty and divine harmony.
Then, you will stop at the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of King Amenhotep III and the remaining remnants of his once-grand mortuary temple. Carved from quartzite sandstone and transported from Cairo to Luxor, these statues were originally constructed around 1350 BC to guard the temple complex. Over time, they have undergone several restorations during the Greco-Roman period. The statues also feature inscriptions honoring his wife Tiye, his mother Mutemwiya, and the Nile god Hapi.
Next, in the afternoon, you will return to the cruise and begin sailing towards Esna and then Edfu while enjoying the scenic views of the Nile River.

Edfu Temple is one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt, offering deep insight into the mythology, language, and religious beliefs of the period, and it vividly depicts the legendary battle between Horus and Seth.
Next, you will proceed to visit Kom Ombo Temple, an extraordinary temple with a unique double design built during the Ptolemaic dynasty between 180–47 BC. It is dedicated to the crocodile god Sobek, symbolizing fertility, and Horus the Elder. The temple also provides valuable information about ancient Egyptian medicine and scientific knowledge of that time.

Next, you will proceed to The Unfinished Obelisk, located in the northern part of Aswan at the ancient stone quarry. This massive obelisk was commissioned during the reign of Queen Hatshepsut (1508–1458 BC) and was intended to be one of the largest obelisks ever created. It provides valuable insight into the advanced stone-working techniques of ancient Egyptians and reveals how such monumental structures were carved.

Built mainly by Pharaoh Nectanebo I between 380 BC and 362 BC, the temple beautifully illustrates the myth of Osiris and Isis.
